Context
A global program designed outside the country, with assumptions that do not always match the reality of the Brazilian operation. The change work here is twofold: sustaining the change locally while feeding back to the global governance what does not work as planned.
My role
Change lead for Brazil, interfacing directly with the program's global governance.
What I did
- Adaptation of the change strategy to the local context.
- Mobilization of Brazilian stakeholders.
- Communication and training for the impacted areas.
- Continuous interface with the program's international teams.
Outcome
The global strategy was executed in Brazil with its own people plan, sustained by communication and training adapted to the local operation.
